Where applicable, we collect our fees from the delinquent owner. This presents a no-cost service to the association or management organization. We also offer special incentives to qualified clients, please call for those benefit requirements.

This is the most valuable service we provide. We obtain the deed back on defaulted mortgages, returning inventory to the developer. The resort association may obtain a deed back where a mortgage is satisfied, providing the association rental incomes to offset budget shortages. Every effort is made to collect our fees from the delinquent owner resulting in a no cost or low cost service.
